We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Used, washed, or altered items.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all labels/tags intact.

  • You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection of your return request.

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

    After receiving your item, our quality control team will inspect it before approving your exchange or refund.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • The product is found defective, incorrect, or unavailable for replacement.

  • The return request meets all the above conditions.

Refund Method:

  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method (if applicable) or as store credit that can be used for your next purchase.

  • Refund processing time may take 7–14 working days after the returned item is received and verified.

5. Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective or wrong product, we will exchange it with the correct item (subject to availability).
If the same item is not available, you can choose another product of equal value or request a refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

7. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the product was defective or sent in error.

  • Replacement Shipping: If a replacement is approved, we will cover the shipping cost for sending the new product.

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated time:
